    Apparently this group is from all over. From their website:

    hoshijima(GUITAR/VOICE) of French birth British growth, Sohey(E.BASS/UPRIGHT BASS) of Ginza birth Ginza growth, and TAKAHASHIKEN(DRUMS/TOYS) of German birth Spanish growth. 3 piece band that plays organic, urban, tight, mellow, sharpened, and totally comfortable sound.

    They created an awfully adorable music video using a select group of their fans, entirely shot on webcams.

  • Trashed Idea – Napoleon Dynamite Cartoon

    Ugh. Could have done without this.

    It’s official: “Napoleon Dynamite” is coming to TV.

    Fox is giving a series order to a project based on the indie hit, one of two new teen-friendly animated projects greenlighted by the network.

    Fox has picked up six episodes of the show, with the original cast on board as voice talent — including Jon Heder as the title character. The network also ordered seven episodes of another show, “Allen Gregory,” from “Superbad” star Jonah Hill and “Yes Man” scribes Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul.

  • Role Models – Jennifer and Scott Petkov

    For the purpose of attaining personal satisfaction, Jennifer and Scott Petkov have posted pictures of a mother being held by the grim reaper and her child surrounded by cross-bones on their Facebook page. The big deal? The mother recently passed away from Huntington’s Disease and the child is in the last stages herself. Obviously there is more behind this dispute than anyone is willing to say, but the Petkov’s cruelty further justifies Total Human Genocide.

  • Fact Check – Willy Wonka food capsules a reality?

    Apparently a group called the Institute of Food Research in Norwich is working on a food capsule.

    Researchers have developed a technology that allows different flavours to be captured inside microscopic capsules, which can be designed to release the flavours at different times.

    They claim it could be used to produce a real life version of Willy Wonka’s three course meal gum, which features in Roald Dahl’s famous children’s novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

    The microcapsules were originally developed to provide a way of delivering drugs to specific parts of the digestive system, but now scientists at the Institute of Food Research in Norwich want to use them to recreate Wonka’s eccentric creation.
