I’ve posted another RSA Animate video before and they are all fantastic. It’s a good way to waste some time to catch their other stuff. I particularly appreciated this one as it’s a topic that comes up a bit in my circle of friends.
This is a very well animated lecture on what motivates us to work and the incentives that carry us through our days. It’s a little long but the animation that goes with it makes it fly. This feels like a TED Talk though apparently it’s part of RSA, which I haven’t heard of.
