  • Road Safety in Australia

    A company called VicRoads, who specializes in PSA ad campaigns, has been under recent scrutiny for this ad and others like it. It’s more or less the Australians perpetuating the anti-ginger fever that seems to be gaining speed across the world. This is a real ad. A News clip on the entire ordeal can be found here.

  • Trailer – The Expendables

    So The Expendables looks nothing more than another testosterone driven action fest which may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I have to admit this one has the makings of awesome. Why? Mainly the lineup. Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone, Jet Li, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Bruce Willis, Arnold Shwarzenegger and a few others. Admittedly Bruce and Arnold aren’t listed during the trailer so it’s safe to assume their roles are minor, but it still looks like the biggest action flick this year.

  • Role Models – Arnold Shwarzenegger

    I’ve been meaning to post this for a while, as Brit informed me of this band a while ago, but I now have an accompanying video. The first commemorates 160 of Arnold’s best lines from all over. You can hear such classics as, “Who is your daddy and what does he do?” and other awesomes.

    Our second video is a wonderful band called Arnocorps. Quoted from their own site:

    Although known for hurling audience members record distances and bending steel microphone stands as displays of physical strength, there is no need to fear ArnoCorps; they are a rescue team, not assassins.   • Your WTF for the day – Phillippine's Got Talent

    And boy do they. This wonderful man woman creature comes to us singing under the name Big Mouth and it has a wonderful talent involving creating horse sounds. Skip to 1:20 for the action.

  • The Aristocrats (NSFW)

    The subject of both admiration from countless comedians and a 2005 documentary, the joke titled “The Aristocrats” has it’s own legacy and chances are you’ve never heard of it. Well Gilbert Gottfried, who is one of the noted comedians in the documentary, recently came forward with a shortened, but  uncensored version of the joke. This is VERY NSFW. If this is your first time, you should watch the whole clip. For everyone else, you can skip to 1:30.
