    So I told myself I would do a news update about me and my life. The site is turning more and more into a multimedia playground, which I can’t say I’m opposed to, but I do feel the need to speak on it and vent when necessary. Not that this is such a time, really.

  • Your WTF for the day – Jedi Discrimination

    Daniel Jones, founder of the religion inspired by the Star Wars films, says he was humiliated and victimised for his beliefs following the incident at a Tesco store in Bangor.

    The 23-year-old, who founded the International Church of Jediism, which has 500,000 followers worldwide, was told the hood flouted store rules.

    The defending store owners were cited as saying,

    He hasn’t been banned. Jedis are very welcome to shop in our stores although we would ask them to remove their hoods.Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda and Luke Skywalker all appeared hoodless without ever going over to the Dark Side and we are only aware of the Emperor as one who never removed his hood.

    If Jedi walk around our stores with their hoods on, they’ll miss lots of special offers.

    Obviously I think the Jedi guy is being a prick. A made-up religion on a made-up story by a made-up director. Sides, what has Star Wars done for me?

    Oh… Nevermind then.

  • Role Models – Cat Piano

    Some of you saw my post about the Cat Piano a while back. Well a group of motivated college art students, part of the group called People’s Republic of Animation, took this story to the next level and wrote The Cat Piano, which leaves you breathless. The phrase, “cat got your tongue” does no justice to the beauty of this piece.
