My buddy Brit showed me this. IT people tend to question the sanity and intelligence of their users. Not always to be condescending, although that is usually the true intent, but in times to figure out how the user’s mind works. Sometimes users are just not understanding. Sometimes they assume they know what you are talking about and try to articulate said intelligence using buzz words. Phrases such as “The memory is broken” is a trendy phrase I’ve heard in my office. A group of people went to the streets asking a simple question. I don’t believe this is even a technical question, in the same manner I don’t find “Name your fingers” an anatomy question.
